Ramrod 258 Posted March 27, 2006 After a poor season, no-shows, runs of defeats, ineffective loans, poor buys, unpromising youth and reserve set ups, demonstrations, vacuous atmosphere''s, traded insults and gestures, board statements, supporter association meetings, occasional performances, more no-shows, inconsistency, spin, hype etc, etc, etc....The Manager looks as strongly in-situ as he ever did, perhaps stronger after all the tests of his authority so what on earth can possibly change things other than an abysmal start to next season? It is stalemate, the season is dead, supporters are dissillusioned and nothing is changing. Time ticks on, money begins to run out and the future looks Coca Cola shaped. Is there anything left to effect change and have the supporters opinions been managed into oblivion? Citizen Journalist Foghorn 0 Posted March 27, 2006 Im not sure, I think us worthy outers have to be in it for the long run... The only way I see worthy being sacked is if we finish bottom half of the table... And I dont think the set of players we have could manage that, whoever was in charge.
