I also noted Carragher's thought that ManC winning the trouble might be worthless if they are punished. Can anyne believe that will happen? Yet Wasps, maybe the Arsenal of Rugby Union clubs, have been told they will start next season at the very lowest tier of Rugby for their financial incompetence. And Saracens, the ManC of their game, were relegated two seasons ago. I wonder if its time the FA got tougher with clubs who constantly break the rules they are happy to start the season with.
