Pink Un + app Problems

Hello,

I downloaded the Pink un app to my iPad and then to android phone a while back. My free trial ended a long time back and when I’m logged out on my iPad it says I have an active subscription and so can still view, but when I’m logged in it says I don’t have an active subscription and so I can no longer view it via my phone. I emailed about the problem yesterday but they can’t help as according to them I don’t have an active subscription.

Does anyone know if there’s a way that I can link my subscription on my iPad to my account or cancel my subscription and restart again?

If you are paying for a subscription, the PinkUn+ team should be able to help you out.

Just go to My Account, then Contact Us.

I did, but they can’t help me out as according to them I don’t have an active subscription. From what I’ve read I think I need to cancel the direct debit, and restart, making sure I subscribe via the Pink Un website
