HazzaJet 267 Posted July 28, 2022 Hello, I downloaded the Pink un app to my iPad and then to android phone a while back. My free trial ended a long time back and when I’m logged out on my iPad it says I have an active subscription and so can still view, but when I’m logged in it says I don’t have an active subscription and so I can no longer view it via my phone. I emailed about the problem yesterday but they can’t help as according to them I don’t have an active subscription. Does anyone know if there’s a way that I can link my subscription on my iPad to my account or cancel my subscription and restart again? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I did, but they can’t help me out as according to them I don’t have an active subscription.
