Graham Rix, the manager of Hearts isn''t making any of the decisons for the Hearts First team. Vladimar Romanov (Heart''s Chairman) is calling the shoots! Shocking!Do you think that what''s happening here? Worthy is just the front man and Munby is doing the teams! Would explain why people are playing out of position!!!
