Big O 287 Posted October 3, 2020 I know it is really early in the season and there is plenty of time for things to change but I would have to admit Bournemouth look a pretty solid side so far and I would think if we can finish above them then we won’t be far away. They have a solid keeper and a strong spine with mepham and Steve cook, Lewis Cook and Jefferson Lerma in the middle and some good options up top. If they keep hold of Brooks and King then I would think they should rightly be favourites. In a way our dominant second half against them last week was encouraging (I recognise we lost) but I do feel they have a more simple effective approach than us. When we click with our players we have the potential to be irresistible but I do feel so many things can go wrong in the way we set up. I maintain that the key to success for us is landing a settled side ASAP so this window can’t shut quick enough, still think we will be there or thereabouts but we could do with going on a good run early to put a few smiles back on people’s faces.
