I assume there is 1 less team going down from League 1 as well to reflect this but haven;t checked. Jim, I understand that is a problem, but the plan as announced this week talks only about one team going down to the National League even though the season started with two automatic relegation slots and with at least two promotion slots from the National. It may be three teams were planned to go up, to regularise the numbers, but either way the plan is to not relegate a League Two side way adrift in the automatic relegation places. pete 319 Posted May 22, 2020 Macclesfield should now be bottom of Div2, given 10 point deduction for non payment of players with 4 suspended subject to not breaching again. Macclesfield failed to pay again and docked 7 points. Should have been 14 the 4 docked and 10. Would have taken below Stevenage
