The Duke of Norfolk 0 Posted January 18, 2006 We should not expect an increase.Given that many of us renewed when we were in the Premiership last season, it was justifiable to pay the increased price. However, as it is likely that we will be in the Championship next season i would not want to pay more for next season. It will be interesting to see how the renewals go. Given that when the form''s go out, which i beleive is the end of Feb/early March we could have sold Ashton and be out of the running for the play off''s. Huddy 0 Posted January 18, 2006 Prices should go up, we have just signed 2 world class players who would get into most teams in england bar the might of preston and sunderland. We are guarenteed promotion straight back to the premiership and the board has said that dean ashton will never leave the club. Mr vladamir abrakovic has just invested 100 million into the canaries which will see our capacity increased to 40,000, and it is rumoured that new players are on the way. Nigel worthington is being touted as the new england manager and we will get millions in compensation, and Jim brennan is opff to everton for 1 million. The scum have just gone into administration, and we need too fill our ground to make the footballess place of ipswich more envious. We are also rumoured to be buying out morrisons and taking there slogon and changing it to "more reasons to support the canaries"
