If it works, goodluck to them.What else should the players do on the pitch before hand to get them motivated. (As in they get naff all if they dont perform!)Seriously though, a huddle if anything shows a lack of motivation. Im a rugby player, and the teams that make loads of noise in a huddle are the ones who arent really up for it and are trying to convince the opposition, and themselves, that they are. its the teams that just calmly walk out onto the pitch knowing deep down that they are prepared that are the best ones.
