TCCANARY 263 Posted August 29, 2018 Being backed by the FA, it could be a possibility.Looking at the pictures of the rails seats it looks more like it''ll be safe ''leaning on the row in front of you''.Reminds me of the days when getting a spot in front of one of the barriers dotted around the terracing was considered a positive.Except on those rare occaisions when there was a big crowd and the possibility of getting crushed made it a bad place to be.
