It happens to any defender sometimes so not a worry.Anyone who thinks their second goal was down to Jamal is barking IMO. It was scored from the right hand side of the box (from the defensive perspective), Jamal was playing at left back and was exactly where he should have been, covering the left hand side.As has been said, the highlights showed NI had plenty of chances, 2-0 was harsh on them, and to blame the defeat on one mistake is daft.
