Idah’s Irish team went out on penalties mainly because the young Irish keeper got a second yellow for coming off his line trying to save one and was sent off. Their centre forward had to go in goal for the last pen. Is that a booking offence ? Martin O’Neil went for the ref at the end.

Yep CK, i checked the rules, since 2016 leaving the goal line before the ball is kicked is a mandatory yellow card, nothing wrong with that ,although the ref warned the dutch keeper twice about the same offence but no booking.....probably because the penalties were scored . Tough but by the book.
