daisy 138 Posted March 6, 2017 More to the point, anyone played football at any level and had any sort of success? So what did your team have, good team spirit, settled side, a manager that you respected, a captain you listened to, the flare player that you always knew would never track back, partnerships all over the pitch, desire, but most importantly players that bonded, stuck together and helped each other all over the pitch. How many of these things do we have at the moment, sadly not many. It`s a team game so ultimately they are all to blame but for me it`s time for Alex to leave, we need fresh idea`s, direction and passion brought back to our great club. Number 9 0 Posted March 6, 2017 Devils advocate time:Many people don''t like their managers and supervisors. Maybe on a personal level not getting on, maybe they''re just not very good at their jobs. It''s the employees who normally leave under those circumstances, not the manager. Chesney Hawkes 0 Posted March 6, 2017 I played at a reasonable level in the Northern League. We had a few flare players, but they had short fuses and kept going off.
