kick it off 1,952 Posted June 26, 2015 What an absolute gem of a bloke the Mainz sporting director is. Jara acts like a prat for his country, and the guy says, we don''t tolerate that nonsense, if an offer comes in, you''re gone. Wish more clubs would act like this and kick the cheats out the game. Refreshing to see a club taking a stand.
Yellow Wal 314 Posted June 26, 2015 I just wish it was an offence to ''fall over unnecessarily'' whether a player was fouled or not.And what do we hear from some of the ex-Pro ''experts'' on MOTD ... "he had every right to go down there...."Diving, feigning injury, looking to get fellow professionals sent off or booked ..... the list goes on and it''s all bad for the game. But it''s no wonder they do it. 6088m canary 0 Posted June 26, 2015 Nice bit of publicity for a side that no one ever gave two craps about. And yes of course no one wants to see that in the game, but its not as if the Germans are above that kind of nonsense is it!!!!As for that game......Cavani was definitely the man they needed to get rid of and with his dad getting banged up he was always likely to snap at some point. Uruguay however got what they deserved.....looked to foul / injure the Chileans from the offset.
