  1. This is one of the reasons why I want him out. RVW looks like he''s lost! these players are not bad just need new life and released from these awful tactics. Hughton will continue to ruin some players if allowed.
  2. 20 points from 21 games. Doesn''t look good at the moment.
  3. In my opinion the players look tired, stuck in a rut and just so short on confidence. The players brought in in the summer should have freshened the squad up and added quality to the squad. We are going backwards, no improvement. This is why Hughton should go.
  4. We have played some decent stuff today....why is this only happening for 15 minutes or so every game?!
  5. I''d love to see Malky here, with the right team around him. Of course, he will want people he trusts but I''d love to see a back room team include Huckerby and Neil Adams working with the first team. I know everyone isn''t against Hughton but our standard of football is appalling, affecting players confidence. And when we have played well it''s only been for half a game. That can''t be right! Holts summer comments on life under Hughton speak a lot.
  6. No player has improved under Hughton which is worrying. It''s also worrying because I can''t see RVW, Fer or any of the new players doing the same. I think we are stuck in a rut now and things have just gone stale. Need a fresh start, new ideas.
  7. Thanks for a great post. I think you have it spot on. I''m just not sure when our next win will come from. It is all so predictable every week, performance wise naive tactics wise. I think the problem is Hughtons tactics are now so rooted in the players mindsets they look frustrated with it all. it will take a new manager a while to get them playing a different way but I feel a change this month might be the way to go, We have the right players just the wrong guy managing them.
  8. Ricardo great report as usual. Can you give your opinion on Hughton? Are you still for Hughton or do you think a change is needed?
  9. It''s just frustrating because we do look like a team without life and creativity. We just look clueless in many games and you can''t get away with just turning up for half a match in premier league games. IMO, RVW can''t improve as a player under Hughton and his tactics. I think someone like Sean Dyche would instill confidence into our team.
  10. I ask for your opinions. So, in the summer of 2013 we sign all these players that are meant to be an upgrade on what we have, I for one was very excited about the season ahead. All the hype and excitement of the players brought in to improve the squad yet what has happened? In my opinion, there has not been any return on that money spent. None, or very minimal improvement, My question is: is hughton''s tactics the reason for our struggles and if so, would a different manager get more out of the current squad? At this moment it is tough to watch Norwich especially the fact that we so look devoid of ideas.
  11. Did anyone think the players showed they were behind the manager after Bradley''s goal? They ran over to him right!
  12. I watched the game today and I just felt that the game just drifted along, nothing for Norwich fans to really get excited about pre and post Johnson goal. The second half just sort of went by, and I''m not really sure what to expect from us anymore under Hughton. It''s not inspiring stuff to watch and yet for some of us that''s fine as long as we stay in the league. Staying up is of course the most important thing but no forward progress I think is a worry. The excitement of the summer spending and new players seems a too distant memory and we are in need of new life being injected into a squad full of good players. Whether that is new signings or a new manager remains the point many fans disagree about. Still let''s see where we are come 1st January 2015! OTBC!
  13. Does anyone think that Manchester United at home might be Hughtons last hurrah? If we took a 4-0 beating at home, against an improving Man Utd, coupled with the other huge beatings we have suffered that could be it. We talk about beating the sides around us but we can''t even do that anymore.
  14. Just last week the pundits with Michael Bailey seemed confident in saying Sunderland and palace were pretty much down. Now look at the situation! We are in trouble......who is still behind the manager?
  15. We need a prolific goalscorer...Gary Doherty come on down! Hughton seems to have just changed too much and Holt''s summer interview with McVeigh and the comments he made about Hughtons style of play seem very justified!
  16. Having had fantastic years under lambert, Hughton comes in and has obviously changed so much tactically. Why though? Under lambert of course we shipped goals so the defence needed addressing- albeit maybe tweaking. Hughton of course wanted to stamp his mark on the team and their way of playing, but has that been the problem? It is a team that, although has changed personel wise, is almost unrecognisable from under lambert on a matchday. We used to give games a go and look confident. Under Hughton not so much. Maybe Hughton changed the style of play too much. If it ain''t broke don''t mess with it!
  17. Skysports showed a picture last night of Delia, MWJ, and David McNally looking utterly miserable. McNally In particular. In memory, I don''t think that the board have publicly come out in complete support of Hughton have they? There have been too many no shows this season and people moan about the fact that we are playing the big teams we are not going to beat them, but we were awful at Hull, lost to Villa, and fortunate against west ham.
  18. So who do we blame for this horrible pattern of one week on one week off? Players or the manager. I can''t beleive anyone is still happy with the way things are at the moment with Hughton in charge. It''s becoming painfully predictable.
  19. Disgraceful. Bye bye Hughton. We were lucky to best west ham and crystal palace. Dropping hooper is the final straw. Our team turning up for the odd first half once every 3-4 matches is not enough.
  20. "We had to be careful because of the strength they''ve got and the quality they''ve got". I think I''ve heard Hughton talk more about opposition teams qualities then our own! Have we got any quality?
  21. Why oh why is every week such a tense filled game? What happened to be able to go and enjoy an entertaining game of football at carrow road? Hope everyone''s heart is back to normal!
  22. I don''t know if any another team has tried this but with so many injuries in midfield lets just stick 4 up top if we have 4 fit strikers. Hooper, elmander, becchio and Morris. The striker who gets at least 1 shot on target gets a regular starting place....
