I wonder if Ipswich really are just better at football? I mean, they have won FA Cup, Uefa, placed 1st loads in many divisions including the old 1st division, had nearly all of thier players making up the england team at a few points, had some amazing managers such as Robson and Ramsey, usually place higher than Norwich if in the same league, if they dont its usually because norwich are a league lower. What have Norwich actually won except the milk cup when the ball came off a defenders arse and bobbled in? I can''t recall anything they have won....... anyone else think?

Hi guys, I was reading about how the Ipswich fans were acting up on Derby day but it is really a surprise? I don''t condone what happened with the fan banging on a lady''s car door but if thats the worst thing that happened then it was a pretty laid back derby day. I am an Ipswich supporter and come regularly to Carrow Road when we play there. Every time it has been worse your end than ours, we have been waited for after leaving the ground and crossing the railway bridge had gangs of people jump us. This has happened at least 3 times and since our exit route has always been changed around by police, probably to save norwich fans a beating after the last 3 attempts to corner us. This kind of thing shouldnt happen in main public places and families should not be caught up in it, its the very few in the minority that take it too far, but its derby day and we hate each other so what''s to be expected? there have always been yobs at football. Some of your supporters / trouble makers are just as bad if not worse. As for playing us next season, we''ll see. Quite confident we can get promoted, at least we have something to look forward to rather than worry about demotion. JZ
