Moosheep 0 Posted May 20, 2014 Yesterday Delia said that appointing a new manager was more complex than people imagine. So what exactly has to take place between a manager being sacked and a manager being appointed?I presume....1. a short list is drawn up. 2. interviews take place. 3. an approach is made. 4. contracts are negotiated.5. manager revealed to the fans. But I also suspect that there is a lot of work done between these steps, particularly 1 & 2. Does anyone know or (more realistically given the nature of this forum) care to guess what?Moo
Holtcantshoot 0 Posted May 21, 2014 I would imagine the work between 1 and 2 would be for the board to request someone in administration at the club to book a room at Carrow Road to hold the meetings, contact the successful candidates and then they''ll probably sort out a list of interview questions that would best assess the managers abilities to the criteria they believe will be of importance.Otherwise the interviews would likely not happen. Hope that helps.
YellowNets1901 0 Posted May 21, 2014 Don''t think the interviews would take place at Carrow Road.
YellowNets1901 0 Posted May 21, 2014 Probably wouldn''t take place in Norwich. Most likely in London.
