Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted May 19, 2013 Going into theWBA game, many supporters were nervous of what the future held. One week later and we have scored 7 goals in 2 games and finished 11th. Add to that and Wigan finished on 36 points a figure passed by us week ago if only we could have looked into the future there would have been far less sleepless nights. This has in the final analysis been a fantastic finish and achieved on a transfer spend of about £10M. Much of the season has been hard to watch and the last 2 games hopefully indicate a more adventurous approach next season. With the extra cash and sound financial situation of the club and exciting close season should bring several quality additions to our squad and optimism that we can maintain mid table security with less worrying moments next season
