Aveit 0 Posted August 20, 2012 CH claims they will work up the end of the transfer window to further strengthen the squab after Saturdays performance.Well after that dismal display that could mean all areas, but lets be logical about this which areas need strengthening the most?Well I believe, Garrido will come in at left back, when Whittaker is fit he is likely to be either our right back or our defensive midfielder, so we either need a right back or a defensive midfielder or both, so what next.Well another centre back would not go amiss someone with pace, why did we get rid of Ayala, a goal scorer somebody who converts in the eighteen or six yard box, and that''s just for starters, but these players need to be of a better standard than we are buying now, a bit of quality, come on spend some money, or it will be a long hard season. Orford65 0 Posted August 20, 2012 We need at least two more strikers or we are going to struggle.The hardest part is going to be getting some of our surplus players off the wage bill, the problem being that I cannot see any of our outfield players attracting any sort of realistic bids whatsoever - we may have trouble giving them away!
