lake district canary 0 Posted February 16, 2012 I''ve always thought we were one of the''best'' clubs in Britain. Friendly club. Great home fanbase. Great away following. After all can anyone think of a better club? I know we''re biased but would you want to be a supporter of any other club? What ''good'' clubs are out there that can compare with ours? Southampton? I can''t think of any that really compare. Norwich, being out on a limb on the east of the country gives it a character few can match. The big city clubs, any northern town clubs, have a different feel to them, seaside clubs tend to be a bit more friendly - Blackpool, Southampton, Bournemouth even. But none can match us imo, or am I just wearing yellow tinted glasses........
Old Shuck 291 Posted February 16, 2012 Interesting.Brighton fans probably have a warm, cosy feeling about their club as well, in much the same way. Possibly West Ham as well. And don''t rule the Binners out of this, when they last got promoted to the Prem, the whole "tractor boys" thing kicked off as part of their attempt to come across as the lovable old lads from the country...Liverpool fans will also tell you that they are special as is their club. That''ll never change.
