KeelansGlove 0 Posted January 10, 2005 Ok so I splashed the cash to rejoin canaries world at the highest level so I could spend the last hour watching Deano score goals over the last 3 seasons.My first comment would be he certainly seems to know where the goal is and makes it look so easy. Secondly there is no danger who will be our penalty taker from now on (think Neil Adams !)Scores lots of goals coming into the box from the left, could teach hucks a number of things about one on ones. I was really impressed he looks to be ruthless in front of goal scoring on the floor , on the volley and with his head. Obviously I didnt see all the ones he missed but he certainly looks the real deal. Anyone else been sad enough to do this ? You dont score nearly 50 goals for your club despite being only 21 without have some ability - as Jon Stead has shown any striker can have 1 good season but only talented players have the ability to do it year on year - hopefully we have just signed that sort of player - a natural finisher.The big question will be how he adapts to better defenders - Mellberg on Sat is the first test.OTBC Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
