Kathy 823 Posted May 1, 2011 also this from the portsmouth supporters trust:Monday 2nd May is Pompey''s last home game and we are playing Norwich, which as you know has now been moved to that bank holiday Monday evening for television. All the various supporters groups at Pompey are getting together, with the approval of the Club, to organise a Fans'' Day, most of which will take place in the big car park behind the Fratton End, starting about 12 noon.We would very much like the Norwich fans to come along and join in the fun during the afternoon. There will be food and drink, and the bar underneath the Fratton End will be open. There will be all sorts of stalls with things like penalty shoot outs and face painting, entertainment and a big raffle. More details to follow. Inside the ground we are hoping to have cards to hold up, like the St Georges Cross at Wembley (I''ve forgotten the official name for it) and for this one game only our safety officer is allowing flags into the ground, providing they have a pole LESS THAN ONE METER in length. So feel free to bring those and if you have a big flag to pass overhead too. Of course you may well be celebrating by then, whilst here at Pompey we will be celebrating surviving the season in a far better way than we would have dared hope last August. It would be really good if as many Norwich supporters as possible could come along and join us for the afternoon, before the game.Could you please let all your members know about this and pass on to other supporters groups and websites at Norwich. might see you there - kathy
