Was a wee bit downbeat about the money available for transfers - implies some of the early dips have not been quite as fruitful as expected and money might be the stumbling block.Both Ruddy and the Admiral sounded relatively downbeat. Perhaps reflecting that they really felt there were two points lost today, but at least they sounded level headed about things.
