Minster Canary 0 Posted November 29, 2010 I thought he was fantastic yesterday, especially in the second half. If you look at Holt''s hat-trick goal and Hoolahan''s goal, the touches Martin produces to set them up are just class. Yes, he should have scored in the second half when the ball fell to him and he took just to long to get the shot away but not many players would have got the ball under control so well and lay it off to perfection like he did for Holt''s third, really impressive. Canary_on_the Trent 0 Posted November 29, 2010 Young Chris seems to be involved in everything good we do going forward, deserved a goal yesterday but wasn''t to be.
GJP 79 Posted November 29, 2010 I thought he did alright yesterday, I''ve seen him play better but I''ve seen him play worse. In patches he went a little bit missing and didn''t look as alert as he should have done, however, at other times he should his usual clever touches. I fancied him to score yesterday before the game but he never really looked likely to do it but at least he was involved in the build up to some of the goals.
