ROBFLECK 134 Posted August 16, 2009 I know everyone will have their favorite. But it''s imperative that they appoint a manager within the next 5 days. Off course they have to think about it hard and no rash decisions should be made but if the aim for promotion is still there they have to get it right AND it has to be done quite rapidly. I just don''t get the decision to sack a manager just before the game on saturday! God all mighty we''ve seen everything at this club haven''t we? In my opinion it will be Boothroyd, he''s not my absolute favorite but there you go... He want''s to get back to management and he could be a swift appointment. I would like to see Coppell getting it, but he''ll be too expensive don''t you think? We''ll be playing a team with a great manager on tuesday, I wish Andy Scott was our manager!!! He''s performed miracles at a club on the brink of administration a few season''s ago, I bet you he would be a great manager at NCFC! He wants to win and he''ll do everything to achieve his aim. How do you see the next appointment? I just don''t have any inside info to go by but if McNally is a good Chief Executive he''ll get someone in asap, but not without thought. Doomy would''ve appointed Butterworth or Crook if the result at Brentford goes our way. Don''t agree with that at all. They should stay at the club though, but they''re not proven managers.
