The Great Wall Of Tettey 0 Posted August 3, 2009 oh come off it. hes said about hoolahan because hes had such an influential pre season. hes simply stating every player has a value, and if a bid meets hoolahans valuation he will leave, the same as if a russell bid meets the valuation. hes signed 12 good players, give the guy some credit. GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,821 Posted August 3, 2009 It''s an odd situation now with Russell as there must now be a genuine danger that he won''t join another club in time for the big kick-off.When you consider that he hasn''t kicked a ball in pre-season he must be quite a way behind most players in terms of match fitness, the longer it goes on the less likely it would surely be that anyone would come in for him. I wonder what the situation would be if he''s still a Norwich player toward the end of August - because you would still have to say that he would warrant a place in the squad, if not the team?
