none of our previous managers of recent have been very good .

if the board appointed someone decent to start with , we wouldnt be in this mess.

give the guy a chance i say, the hero could be closer to home than we all realise .

he must have learnt alot working with and under all the managers norwich have had.

If the board have any sense, they will conduct interviews and select the best candidate. Discuss money and have the deal ready. Gunn gets Southampton. Win that emphatically and job is his. Lose it and the new man is ready to come in. Win, win.

Gunny should get a chance. There is a risk with any new man.
