Crafty Canary 495 Posted January 5, 2009 I see that Alan Gow, who was on the verge of signing for us until Roeder decided he didn''t like his attitude, is now in discussion with Wolves after Rangers and Wolves a agreed a £1m+ transfer fee. Well done Glenn, we wouldn''t want a player whose performances could increase his value like this. The idea of winning football is too ghastly to imagine.I was also reading about Southampton''s problems this season. The article mentioned that they have only one 1 home game all season. I wonder who that was against?Rather like the Board asking Colin W*anker whether his style of football would suit NCFC. "Winning football you mean?" was the stunning reply. The board and roeder - the losing combination!!
lincoln canary (& Golden Coppel) 0 Posted January 6, 2009 1m +? i heard it was more like £250,000. gow is very average, he got no where near the rangers first team and his attitude clearly does stink so for once i am pleased with roeders decision not to buy. id rather take a gamble on somone from league two like andy bishop
