The Butler 0 Posted October 10, 2008 This is one I have saved for the best fans in the world and never seen on my TV show.[<:o)]Starters:-Large prawns are excellent at present and plentifull either side of the Carra Rift served with a helping of fotheringHAM that has a touch of crab about it.Main:-First take a canary I got mine cheap from a local supplier and did not have to chase about for it.Change the dressing several times during cooking to make sure all the canaries are well plucked. At present we have no local grown vegitables I have tried some Irish potatoes but they are really not good at present.A visit to neighbours has produced some plate fillers, the french beans(not runners) have gone a bit flat through spending to much time on the ground. With a little more seasoning will keep the patrons happy.Mix well as the blender spins the ingredients to a mix to cover the lack of substanceLast year we tried huckleberrys but these turned out a bit rich for our taste and had to be uprooted. If being serves at christmas a seasonal stuffing is usual. Sweet or Deserters as I prefer to call it:-Sharon Turnover or (Maid of Honour)This should be removed from the oven early to prevent too much exposure.Make sure you egg the pudding well Serve liberally with wine, I recommend a good communion wine as as it has a good tang of inVESTMENT .Bon apetite all.Any further suggestions for the menu please.( biologically possible)
