Essexiled Canary 0 Posted August 29, 2004 I dont know whether anyone has posted a thread like this so appologies if so, but I really think that the presence of Bentley in the midfeild is detrement to the performance of Huckerby!!Im not suggesting they cannot play in the same team, i am merely suggesting the tactical switch between Huckerby and Bentley so that Huckerby can play in the midfield in a more free role!!We saw when Bentley went off at Newcastle it allowed Huckerby to drop into the mid and get the ball, and against the Arsenal he was constantly making those dangerous runs that we came to know and love in div 1, and as we saw he had the beating of their defence every time!!Go on Nigel!!
