Have I missed any professional contracts out? Even if I have, this is an unbelievably thin group of players. Roeder better have an amazing master plan, and the board better have some serious money, because we''re going to need at least 10 signings to make a squad that can survive in the championship. If Roeder really has got a coherent three-year plan, it would be great to see proper signings and not another season of fire-fighting with short-term loan signings.

He might not have a lot of players yet, but he will have a decent amount of cash-flow to work with, to get who he wants.

Most teams cycle through 10 players plus in a season.  Roeder obviously feels that a clean slate is needed.

All we can hope for is that he can get who he wants with the money available.

I saw Flemming today at the top of Timberhill with a sort of leather type clip board in one hand - phone in the other.  Apperared to be looking for something not sure what tho.  Perhaps we fancies a game?
