Young Loanees a good move

Some of our loanees may come from Arsenal and Chelsea but they are all unlikely to be on £2,000 a week and if they do not make it at their Premier club, they will have experienced the Norwich experience and find it isn''t the backwater they might have thought.  They don''t have the baggage of wives who wouldn''t be caught dead in quaint old Jarrolds.  And they are likely to be more committed as they have their futures in front of them, not like some of the has beens we have been blessed with in he past. They obviously have talent and Glenn has been trusted to develop their talents, lets trust them to deliver.

Good call.  They also come with something to prove and are hungry for success.  I am just concerned about the lack of experience, but then Dion & Huckerby can help them with that...

Come the summer when they have spent several months living in the area making mates in the club, it''s going to be very easy to convince them to stay. And if there clubs haven''t missed them they may just cash in! Roeder is thinking ahead...

Save the money in the bank for summer to buy the best of these youth players, and build Norwich up for the next few seasons.

He is obviously very good a spotting young talent, well lets hope so anyway!!
