I didn''t go to the Plymouth game but Roeder sounded shocked during his interview with radio  Norfolk after the game. He sounded like an honorable man who suddenly realised what  he has taken on and the difficulty he has on his hands to  turn the club  around. 

The board must not be allow to hide behind Roeder to  escape their responsibilities to  the club and fans.

I think it''s finally dawned on him just how he''s been shafted.If I was him, another loss next game and Id be considering resigning, before he does irreperable damage to his own career prospects.
