JuanVelasco 27 Posted October 1, 2007 I am beginning to believe so, and oh this is of course my personal opinion.Lee Croft has looked like our greatest attacking threat on the few occassions that he has been selected / brought on. It is apparent that he is playing second fiddle to Luke Chadwick, who I must add has offered absolutely nothing. Crofts introduction against SW seemed to bring Cureton into the game for the first time. Chris Brown has not scored a goal. He is a striker and his job is to score goals, our major problem is a lack of goals. Why the hell is he being selected over Chris Martin, David Strihavka and even Ryan Jarvis? he may well become good, but we cannot afford to play off form strikers when we are 20th in the league. If I was Chris Martin I would leave Norwich while I have the chance before becoming another Ryan Jarvis and rotting in the reserves. Cureton is our goalscorer, he cannot play with Brown, time to give another player a chance. I have never, ever, seen a less motivated group of players. Peter Grant is a negative manager, even more negative than Worthy. He cannot even breath confidence into Hucks.... Huckerby will leave at xmas if grant doesnt go, i can just feel it. I genuinly believe that our squad, with a tactically aware manager, should be mid table. However that is all that we are, mid table. Why spend approximately a million on a striker then not play him? Grants signings have been the least inspiring since the days of Brian Hamiltons multi cultural rejects. Chris Brown, Mark Fotheringham, Luke Chadwick maybe even Simon Lappin and Julian Brellier are sub standard. Brown and Fozzy especially must have been shocked to get a call from a championshop squad, they will in a few years, hopefully not with norwich, be playing in league one or two or possibly not at all with clint easton, trevor benjamin and that fat irish bloke Rant over.
