Canary Wanderer 0 Posted July 17, 2007 1. How many people 2 years ago were disgusted that we signed Etutu - A Wothy legacy perhaps but it''s actually shown a 1 million pound profit. I know he was getting stronger but he wasn''t great. Everybody spent the whole of last season moaning about our Midfield and to get 1.5 million for Etutu is great business. After all we finished 16th last season, and he was the centre of our Midfield.2. If we keep Safri when we really need him for that final promotion push - he will either be away for the African Nations, Injured or celebrating Ramadin. Another 1.5 million, and another 1 million profit from Worthy. Was he such a bad chap ??3. I believe the signings so far have been excellent. I am a little worried about Dave the Striker (too much on one person), and would love us to make a last minute push for Izale Macleod. Lee Bowyer, and a strong Centre Half / Captain.4. Not to mention that bloody avatar, what is that? Although I guess it''s always good to have such characters, without the differing opionions this game would be a lot duller.
