Smeg 0 Posted January 14, 2007 with grant clearly unhappy with the reserver league situation.why dont norwich do what several other profesional clubs do and enter a A team in a local league, i belive ipswich are in the suffolk senior cup.if we had a team in the ridgeons league or the like (we could buy lowersofts position, theyre about to fold?) , playing against what pretty much is our total youth team output from the last 5 years! they would get competetive strong football, that they would have the chance to have confidance building wins! apprentice 0 Posted January 14, 2007 I was surprised when I saw than Scum were in the Suffolk Senior Cup but maybe its not a bad idea to play reserves/youth team in the Norfolk Senior Cup to at least get some football. But I suppose it would be a bit embarrasing if they lost to a team like Norwich United or Fakenham etc. Its a difficult one to call but I do think Norwich must try and do something next season as this season has been a farce for the "fringe" pros, even players loaned out to Lynn aren''t getting a start.
