He keeps bemoaning the fact that the players haven''t done what he''s asked or what they''ve talked about - it was by far and away the biggest reason that NW had to go, they just didn''t perform under him anymore. The best managers are those who can get their message across and get his players to do as he asks. I think the ''playing without fear'' thing is a big issue which it''s good he''s emphasised.
