If so i think it would be interesting to know how the first team players played. Like Rehman, Colin, Thorne, Jarvis brothers, Etuhu.Anybody who went feel free to offer your knowledge. essexcanary 0 Posted March 16, 2006 hey, i went to the game on monday and it was surprising a okish game.We did ok, but should have dominated the game better considering we were playin a bunch of 16 years olds.Peter Thorne was absoultely useless, honestly, can this guy score anywhere for us. He was taken off at half time (hope that doesnt mean his playin on sat)Rehman was fairly solid and the goals conceded werent really his fault but prob lack of playin with other reserves players.Colin was average, look suspect far to often. He did however improve and showed some good tracking back.Jarvis brothers both had good games, especially ryan, who was prob man of match. Was playing well on the flank, gettin in good crosses and created the own goal.Henderson showed pace but was far to cocky, doesnt believe he should be in the reserves, but it was obvious to see why he was.Ethuhu did what he does best, plays 20min out of 90 but mix''es it up. Had good opening period but then disappeared til half time. Played well for first 10mins of 2nd half, until he got taken off. This really was a game that he should have dominated on his own.
