I said this before the season started and then again after 4 games.  I really think that looking at our squad (even with everyone fit) Worthy needs to adopt a 3 man midfield. 

We do not have the players for a 4-4-2 as we have no recognised right or left midfielders.  Playing a midfield of say Hughes Safri and Jarrett should be fairly solid or even Charlton could sit in a holding role behind two of those three.

I think the most effective part of a formation like this would be to allow Hux a free role.  He would have no/very few defensive obligations nor would he leave Ashton isolated up front on his own.
