As soon as that bloke goes the better as he has apparently not learnt anything from Fulham. But if new players who should be keen as mustard to impress are not bothering then that''s pretty serious. Any other eixsting players not putting in the effort would be a surprise as they already know of Nigel''s work ethics.All in all pretty depressing. Pre season friendlies ARE important as they set the tone, gel a team together, provide valuable match practice and competition. We can''t be creating a team on August 6th- energy levels, work rate and attitude don''t magically transform at 2.59 before a season starts...........
