So you're not at all impressed by a team that has 87 (!) points and STILL have 6 games to play, 23 points ahead of us and have lost just 5 matches all season (v our 14). I watched them last night on TV and they were outplayed for long periods by a team playing a far superior brand of football yet they still managed to win 4-3. That's not luck I'm afraid. It's down to a great spirit that runs throughout the club and the town. We had it here under the Messiah and then Farke. I assume you were 'not impressed' by us then either?

That’s right. I’m not impressed by them, their football, their spirit or the ****ty hovel that is their town.

No idea why you’re assuming things to try and support your forelock-tugging view of the scum; we were a better side than them under Lambert and they can only wistfully dream of having players like Buendia and Pukki.

  2. Jeeze. Some proper crying going on here. I honestly haven’t been impressed by them at all at any point this season. We’ve been winning consistently at home for a good while now and I don’t see why that should suddenly change. Sarge, Sainz, Sara and the cheeky surprise of Rowe coming off the bench; they’re cooked. And what a time for Van WhoDonk to mark his time here with a goal off of his **** or something. 4-2 to us and with no trains, Binners sailing home on a river of tears.

We have to admit that the Scum have been superb this season. They don’t score so many late goals by luck but by the determination to take the game to the opposition right to the final whistle. Under Lambert and Farke we were the same. Being a derby I hope we will get a result but no one will be surprised if the Scum end their 15 year run.

  4. I still think Leeds will probably win the league. They have some serious weapons in their squad. Leicester have been playing ok but not winning, is that a mental block or will they revert to the norm? I suspect the latter.

I don’t pay much attention to the scum but when I have seen them, they don’t impress at all. There’s fight and “never say die” momentum that they’ve carried through the season but I don’t see much quality. I’d prefer to play them or Southampton IF we make it, I wouldn’t want the scum in the final because the day would be ruined by over zealous policing and in the slim chance that they beat us it would be f@cking horrible. But you have to weigh that against the possibility of ruining their best season since 1981 or whatever. Let’s just get there first; one game at a time and all that.

Like I said, manager. He is together with his coaches and players all week. They have built up a siege mentality because they had to. It’s a joy to watch. It’s now 7 consecutive home wins. The fans, media and social media are still not fully on board. Despite an amazing run of results there’s no real belief in the manager or the team. If they go on and win the play-offs I’d half expect to hear a few groans about us being lucky and see a half empty stadium when the trophy is lifted. Maybe a few chants about husbands and wives as they trudge back up Wembley Way…

Interesting that the chant is still “We’re the Norwich yellow army” “David Wagner’s…” never gets an outing.

Mind, should we do the unthinkable, we’ll no doubt be “Delia’s barmy army” again, right?

    Or not…😉

I had a pretty good view of the 'dive' and I'm sure there was contact. Sainz also handled in our box and McLean had previously been penalised for an identical infringement further up the pitch. As the game went on he gave more and more to us, seeming to book Plymouth players for every foul. He was a proper homer.

  7. When we got stuffed by ColU we responded superbly in the return fixture and would have eradicated the goals deficit had it not been for a missed pen.

With that in mind, I’m going for 0-4 because Wanger isn’t Lambert and we don’t have the holy trinity of Holt, Hoolahan and Martin. We don’t even have Oli Johnson on the bench.

  8. You missed pigeons pooping on his seat. Placed, by hand, by Zoe, Delia, Tom and Stephan’s gifted shares.

And his love of a plethora of other clubs. Luton, Burnley, Cambridge and a hybrid he uses for mid-range approach shots when golfing with his “friends”.

The fact that Delia and Michael continue to openly seek guidance from bloke goes to show their judgement is impaired. He’s not even employed here any longer and he’s still a tremendous liability.

His influence is there for all to see. Dreadful recruitment, languishing miles behind the binners and not a pot to **** in. Delia feels justified because we’re clinging on to a desperate claw at being 6th best in a league we should win easily. No ambition from top to bottom, no money, no future.

Easy. Delia and Wynnie support the Labour Party. And Labour want to stop the rich being rich. But, like all socialists, it doesn't stop them taking money when it suits. Tony Blair being a good example. There's a saying in politics that Conservatives get caught with their trousers down and Labourites get caught with their snouts in the trough.
