Our 2nd goal was just perfect, Teemu is such a team player.
Small point, but I thought Amadou really got it and his pleasure at the end of the game seemed as marked as anyone else. Hope that continues and he sees fit to remain at the end of his loan.

Reading through the BBC live notes there seems to have been a very good shout for a penalty when Stones handled in the box. Some consternation that VAR didn't flag this up - but no mention on MotD.
-
Leicester to win at Old Trafford.
City to win 5-2, that's Man City of course.
Good luck all, especially Twidio & Vazzza.

An Englishman and a gentleman would never embark upon international travel wearing a football shirt.
Get a grip, man!
-
Fleetwood to draw with Oxford.
I agree with GH, Doncaster v Rotherham for BTTS.
Good luck all.
-
Just to be contrarian, Bulgaria to win 2-1.
First goal 60-75 mins scored by Kane
-
Thought Max had a very sound game.
Thanks DDJ for the Canli TV link.
-
Good luck all, sorry so late.
In haste (not so considered as my usual shots in the dark) Newcastle to draw with Watford and 1-1 for us.
-
Whilst the first half was closer, Chelsea dominated the second half comprehensively.
It seems reasonable to focus on them.
-
Good luck one and all.
Brighton to draw with Southampton (11/5); and
I think we'll draw 2-2 (11/1).
-
One of my favourite players but he looked nervous before the start at Anfield and he has had a slow-ish start. It was a shame one of his attempts at Liverpool didn't go in - I think a goal would do him the world of good.

Good luck to Diane, FF & everyone else.
Doncaster to draw with Fleetwood (23/10).
Norwich to win 3-1 (16/1).

I read this too and was suitably encouraged. More generally it will be interesting to see if we can defy convention and do OK.
All the fuss around the new season and the general mantra of 'don't spend, don't survive' has led to a broad dismissal of our chances, much to the annoyance of most supporters and rightly so.
I think we have to be patient and, come the end of the season, if we have survived then we will get all the plaudits we deserve. We don't need to have them now.

Thanks Parma.
The You Tube translation seemed like a random word generator.

As Lappinitup said, many thanks to Eddie for all your hard work and many thanks to PuPanon for all your hard earned cash.
Leicester to draw with Wolves at 11/5. (As Lappinitup) I would also have gone for 2-2 draw in our game.
Good Luck both FW and WWIAFTM (excuse my abbreviation).
Nutty - I have seen an almost universal forecast that the top 4 this year will be:
1. Man C
2. Liverpool
3. Spurs
4 Arsenal
I don't know my way round the bookies sites well enough to know what the odds are on this.
Likewise, I wonder if it's worthwhile doing another outright winners accumulator bet for:
1. Scotland - Celtic
2. France - PSG
3. England - Man C
4. Italy - Juventus
5. Spain - Barcelona
6. Netherlands - Ajax
7. Greece - Olympiakos
and any other 'certs' that others may wish to add. Feel free to delete as well if any of these look dodgy.
Either way, I've sent you a tenner so you can put a fiver on both bets
-
To add 'colour' the Sunday Times has us ending up in ........20th position..
Sheff U are 19th and Burnley 18th with Villa at 15th.

So have I - the SW article is very interesting

Will it be available for the Newcastle game?
-
Feliz cumpleaños Nuez, as I hope Emi might say.

fyi - BT Sport prediction of our season using Data Kings Google, Opta & Squawka.
The Script: How Norwich City's 2019/20 Premier League season will pan out according to the stats
The Canaries are back in the big time for the first time since lasting just one season under Alex Neil in 2015/16. Will Daniel Farke's men enjoy an extended stay this time?
Last updated: 30 July 2019 - 12.45pmThe 2019/20 Premier League season is here and Norwich City are back in the big time after four seasons spent down in the Championship.
Ahead of the big kick-off, we asked data kings Google, Opta and Squawka to crunch all the numbers to produce a full script of the upcoming campaign.
Could Canaries boss Daniel Farke continue the momentum from Norwich's victorious Championship campaign into the top flight, just as Wolves managed last term?
Read this exclusive Norwich excerpt to find out - and when you're done, don't forget to check out more from The Script.

Well played dj11.
£25 if we stay up and £10 for every away win.

I always thought MB was a reporter first and a fan second - though towards the end of last season there was a clear conflict (unsurprisingly).
I wish him every success in his career and hope he ends up back at NCFC in the future. I don't know him at all but he came across as a very personable and likeable fellow.

Thanks again to Eddie for organising this and our anonymous sponsor for funding it. The negative bet sounds a great idea too.
Ditto, thank Eddie for all the hard work.
Have sent my tenner & thanks to PuPanon for the additional monies. If you want support for any further bets let me know

Good luck KC & Diane.
Cardiff to draw at Middlesbrough; and
Stiepermann to score first (12/1).
