Nunez is really coming on as chief playmaker. He seems to understand his role to a tee and makes it look effortless.
He has become essential to the way Norwich play.

We would be more dangerous with Batth playing up front instead of Barnes
Barnes is barely worth a place on the bench.

Barnes is shot. Need some fresh legs on for him.

If opposition managers have any nous they would notice that his main weakness is leaving the right -sided attacker bucket loads of space. This is McCallum ‘s biggest weakness.
His attacking play is excellent and enthusiastic, his ball crossing is equal to, or better than Giannoulis.
I suspect Giannoulis is probably quicker, but McCallum is a good replacement.

Missing Rowe badly today, Barnes really is a waste of a spot much of the time.
Played ok, but there is always a threat of conceding another goal.
The shooting has been appalling….

Sainz is instrumental in how the season finishes. With Rowe out injured, he has stepped up to the plate, and some.

As Sainz will no longer be suspended for four games, and rightly so, Madley should be suspended for four games, with a possible season ban.
Madley stood within yards of the incident , with a clear view. His incompetence should be duly punished.

Speaking about the red card decision after the game, the Middlesbrough boss told the Teeside Gazette:
“I haven’t seen it back, and I haven’t spoken to Jonny either.
“It is what it is. I’ll see it at some point, but I haven’t seen it back yet. Honestly, it didn’t really matter, and the performance didn’t have to be perfect tonight. We just needed to get that feeling back for everyone, and the boys especially. I’m delighted that we managed to do that.”
It would appear Carrick’s opinion depended on his audience…..

With a shot accuracy of 25% this season , there is every likelihood that this guy could bring our striker stats to unprecedented depths.

I find the best way to view NCFC signings is to remain extremely underwhelmed, to reduce deeper disappointment on the actual evidence.
