I mean not all referees are useless. Stupid iPad predictive text!

It makes me angry that managers aren''t allowed to have free speech. Some decisions that referees make are astonishing. Referees are not held accountable for poor decisions they make and forget that their decisions can have major implications. Not all referees are useful but they do need help. I''m for technology and the appeals system. Sorry....rant over!

Having heard many quotes from players new to the premier league ( like RVW) this weekend about the game being quicker here etc, it got me thinking about the following; How do we all think this current Norwich team would get on in other leagues such as la liga, seria A, Scottish premier. MLS?

So who do we all think has been our best value for money signing? Huckerby? Ashton? What about Ashley ward or Jon Newsome? I''d go Huckerby. The reported fee that I remember was 750.000 for him. Loose change for us now!

I had a steroid injection into my foot this past week after getting kicked by a defender following through after a clearance. Suffered nerve damage and been out since April. Not fun and the injection has done nothing. Sad times.

I think we are likely to create more with Redmond on the pitch. The problem last season was service to the strikers. Redmond is very offensive. I would have Olsson behind him because Redmond being very attacking minded, might not track back and defend as quickly as some night like. Olsson might be needed more for his pace at the back!

It is great to see the options we have available! I think the manager has done a great job in moving players on and bringing the right ones in! We have great competition for places and instead of panicking when one or two key players get injured we have good quality back up to step in!

Anyone else think Redmond should start Saturday? From the reports I''ve read and the limited highlights I''ve seen through canary player, he looks quick, direct, will cause the Everton defence problems. I''m almost hoping that everyone of our players come backs injury free from the internationals!

Does anyone else think we need someone as a target man in th mould of Holt? Although I am pleased with the new signings in my opinion RVW, Gary Hopper and Becchio don''t fit the target man category?

Please forgive me if I''m wrong but didnt we have a 5 year plan that McNally put in place that would see us sustained in the premier league in that time? Now, after our incredible last few seasons and meeting our objectives under lambert and last year under Hughton do we think that there will be a new one in place. For example in 1/2 years time we should be challenging for a European place? Just thinking that it might be good to have that goal so we don''t have a certain acceptance that all we need to do is just finish mid table every season? I think with the signings made and with more to come Europe would feature on any ''plan'' for the next few seasons! Thoughts?

I''ve just been thinking a lot about our new signings and with the expected arrival of Hooper I asked the question what do we expect from our new signings? I mean with hooper and his goals ( he has a great record scoring in England and Scotland ) is he the sort of signing we expect to create a chance and something out of nothing? If you look at his goals on youtube (!) many come from poor defending. In the PL Hooper wont get that. Same with RVW, Redmond and Fer. What do we as fans expect of our new signings now that we seem to have moved beyond signing players in Elliott Bennett, Holt, and PIlkingtons league? I''m pleased we are not chucking money at new players and paying sensible fees.

I know this is a bit of a random post but with the lack of transfer activity I thought I''d start one! My dad has just returned from a teaching conference in Greece and at the airport he met a couple of Norwich fans who were more than happy to talk about all things Norwich and the upcoming season! just read the news about the pigs head in kenwyne jones locker some sort of prank apparently. A bit sick in my opinion .. would you want to upset the tank that is kenwyne jones?! I wonder just for fun what prank you would pull on the Norwich boys if you had access to their lockers and why?

Just watching the youth game and the commentators are raving about Morris. He is so strong, direct, holds the ball up so well and only 17.....now that we are safe...a place on the bench for Saturday against city?. Got high hopes for him!

Great feeling to wake up this morning knowing we are safe! My mind started thinking straight onto the summer and the fun that is the summer rumours about who we will sign! How much do people think the manager will have to spend? Is 20 million a good estimate?

Every week the EDP publishes the player ratings from the game previous, just wanted to get your thoughts on what you would give our manager for this season out of 10? For me regardless of whether we stay in the league there have been some highs but the season I feel will be remembered for our post Christmas slide. We have seen some utter rubbish! Hughton gets a 5 for me for the season.

So Kei Kamara has gone now...without his goal against Everton we would be screwed, he bought energy and enthusiasm to a team failing miserably. Thanks for the memories Kei!
