  1. Hi - just a shout to say the walk is on Tuesday. Not too late to sponsor me. Thanks for all the support so far. Best wishes, Kris
  2. Hi all, Since I was diagnosed with Leukaemia 4 years ago Norwich supporters have been good enough to support me on my 2 walks with Botham, to the tune of quite a few quid. I''ve supported Norwich since 1985 (aged 10) and I''m forever in your debt. I''m doing it again but this time a few things are different. About 6 months ago I was told the Leukaemia was in remission. I have to keep taking the drugs everyday but things are looking good. I''m really lucky. Also nearly 7 months ago Luca, my son, was born; so he is doing the walk with me this time. I''m pushing him 4 miles over the Clent Hills, near Birmingham, in the wake of Sir Ian Botham. I''m hoping Aston Villa are going to support me by donating a shirt for me to wear on the walk. We''ll then get Botham and the players to sign it and auction it off for the charity. PLEASE don''t judge me for wearing a foreign shirt for the day. My Leukaemia is very similar to Stiliyan Petrov''s so I figured it would be a good thing to do. The link to donate is here: http://www.justgiving.com/krisgriffin1 Also just to ensure this post remains on topic I''ve been busy keeping the Twitter list of Norwich players up-to-date. Comments appreciated. http://kristhescript.wordpress.com/2011/11/20/yellows-on-twitter All the best everyone. OTBC Kris
  3. Cheers for that. Also just a quick word of thanks. My blog got over 250 visits yesterday for the Twittering Norwich players article. Best day ever by far. Massive thanks.
  4. Have you got the user account name?
  5. I''ve put together a blog with all the Norwich Player and connection past and present on Twitter. Also managed to get Hucks, Rusty, Gary Holt and Leon to provide some comments. http://kristhescript.wordpress.com/2011/11/20/yellows-on-twitter Hope you find useful. Please feel free to leave feedback. OTBC
  6. Well those ratings indicate they actually don''t like him!
  7. Good point - never thought of that. Norwich would have had the England #1 and #2 keepers!
  8. Hi all, I only surface to post now and then but do plenty of lurking. Hope you are all ok. I''ve recently had an article published in the now defunct Norwich City fanzine Kick It Off. It tells the story of why I support Norwich, yes it involved Gary, and will hopefully bring back some memories of 1986 for some of you. www.kristhescript.wordpress.com/2011/11/12/why-i-love-norwich-city-fc Comments appreciated. OTBC. Kris
  9. I''ve had a sort out and have decided to get rid of a load of away programmes from the last 25 years. There are 59 of them. All games involve Norwich. You can have them free if you pay for postage which is £9.58. Or you can pick them up from me, I am based in the West Midlands. First to reply gets them otherwise they get recycled which would be a shame. All the best and thanks, Kris
  10. Brilliant. many thanks. I''ll keep an eye out for your PM. kris
  11. Does anyone know if Robert Fleck is still employed at Norwich as a scout? thanks Kris
