  1. To the tune of that old Tom Jones classic - "My My My Delilah!!" : Bye! Bye! Bye!!!! DELIA!! na-na-na-nunnner-nunner-nunner-na Why? Why? Why???? DELIA?? na-na-na-nunnner-nunner-nunner-na Soooo, before, they come to break down the door, Forgive us DELIA - we just can''t take any more!!!!   Tidy![;)]
  2. The Waveney Valley - back at Wembley! One hurdle to go... respect to the 1000+ at Crown Meadow yesterday! What''s going to happen when the binmen strike up like they did last year - this year with "Naarridge going down!"??? It got a bit frosty until common sense kicked in  but there were some evil looking NCFC dudes who could hardly stand up and they''re not just going to shout and burble like they did last year...Anyway - who cares - fantastic effort from Lowestoft and good luck for the semi!!!!
  3. Dark days. Travelling back to Thame we tried to rationalise the whole thing - a club mis-managed at the critical point where they could have pushed on and then blind panic added into the mix = disaster. That''s where we are. And the big fear? My big fear is that we do an Oxford United - superb support, superb local coverage (just take a listen to their coverage on BBC Oxford - the post match phone-in knocks our Neil-fest for six...) and only now looking to have finally stemmed the disastrous slump - how far will our slump go? Going into Div 3 - and on the evidence of yesterday that''s where we are going - with all levels of management in disarray, no coherent strategy and no pride on the pitch we are realistically facing an abyss. This message board is, as always full of passion and pride which is the one thing in our favour but witness the streams of bowed heads leaving before the final whistle yesterday... there are never that many people who leave early; even that passion and pride is being dented. The only bright sparks in the day were the fantastic pre-match, as always, in the Kings Arms, a good home win for Bungay and the great win by Lowestoft in the FA Vase. It was a great day at Wembley for the Waveney Valley last May and dare we think it will happen again? Many years ago, befiore being exiled, many a trip to Crown Meadow was had when not at CR and so respect to the 1000+ true Lowestoft fans there yesterday and good luck for the semi! Those true fans were boosted by thousands of others last May and hopefully we can all do it again this May - my only fear is that given the outbreaks of anti-NCFC chants from the binmen in the crowd last year and the subsequent stand-up-and-stare-offs, will restraint be shown again when the "nahhhridge are down!!" chants go up? Judging by the response to meaningless binmen baiting last year the answer is definitely no - you heard it here first...Always and forever OTBC![p.s. if a human rather than a computer at the PINKUN reads this, thanks for really going that extra mile and screwing up my "One of many Thame Canaries" sign-on...]
