As a Sheffield United season ticket holder living in Norfolk with a wife from Norfolk who''s a Norwich City season ticket holder i have nothing but admiration for how the county gets behind their local team and supports them through thick and thin. It''s just my personal opinion but i think Roeder has to go. Norwich need a man in the dressing room who shows character and guts always! Roeder always looks so dull and boring in interviews!! I can''t imagine he can motivate anybody!!  Anyway keep smiling and keep up the good support!! GazBlade  

As an outsider looking in would it be wrong of me to suggest Ian Crook?? Huckerby was a great player but in his day Crook was as good on the ball as any quality midfielder nowadays.
