I was impressed with the defensive side of his game last season and think he will eventually settle as a right back/wing back. We''re not exactly overflowing with pace in that position and I think we should hold on to him unless offered 5m plus -
Have we got a Melody for him yet? If so can someone record it onto a C90 for me? -
Gazza, if you are suggesting that telling someone from the snake pit that they are a moron would result in a punch in the face or worse, how exactly are you saying anything different to nexus? -
Put a pony in Dave''s pocketAnd a contract for The Van Cos if you want the best but you just don''t ask questionsThen McNally is your manWhere they all come from is a mysteryNot like Ipswich signings from donkey sanctuaries Around the box you know he''s sure to lurkAnd when he scores we all go berserk Van Wolfswinkle, na na na na na naVan Wolfswinkle, na na na na na naVan Wolfswinkle, na na na na na naVan Wolfswinkle, na na na na na naI''m sure you can work out the tune -
He can''t shoot & he can''t pass but that don''t really matterWhen Bradley Johnson comes for you you''ll hear your shin bones shatter Johno! Johno! Johno! -
His visa and work permit are one and the same thing. He will need entry clearance as a Tier 2 (sportsperson) migrant. And this is all done out of country so when he gets here it will have already been sorted -
Was probably a glory hunting Arsenel local div -
Just a theory baldyboy but I think people are referring toLast season because that''s how you started the thread -
“@TransferQuantum: A few sources tell us that Giovani dos Santos and Fredy Montero could join Norwich. Not sure how reliable, so don''t take as gospel. #NCFC” -
Someone at sky sports is obviously out of their depth if they think international clearance is the same as a work permit. Garrido is Spanish and so doesn''t need a work permit, which is issued by ukba. International clearance is the transfer of his registration between national football associations. -
I''m sorry, am I missing something here? As far as I''m aware, unless it is specifically written into the loan deal, ie by Man U, there is nothing to stop De Laet playing against them. Is that the case? I haven''t seen anything to indicate that Sir Alex has asked for the clause to be put in, has anyone?
It''s a general rule that prem players on loan to other prem teams can''t play against their parent club. I think it came in after lua lua played against newcastle for Portsmouth a few years ago -
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2011/sep/02/secret-footballer-england-goalkeepersInteresting to hear a players perspective on the dearth of top level English goalkeeping talent. There''s a couple of mentions of Norwich as well.Last week in the Premiership only 4 English keepers played, 2 of which have retired from international football. Only Hart and Ruddy are both English and still open to playing international football, makes you think if Ruddy keeps putting in good performances, it won''t be long till he gets a call up.Secondly there''s a comment about Angus Gunn being one of the brightest prospects in English goalkeeping.
That should be 5 English keepers as Rudd came on for Ruddy -
Nice one, will probably end up in the first one that we see on the way from the train station to the ground though in all honesty as am a constipated alcoholic ;) -
Yep got my tickets thismorning, and I''m guessing you started this thread because you wanted to know who was going to Bolton as opposed to who was going to Chelsea or Wigan. Seems pretty simple really, but there you go.Sure you were acting a tool to other people on other threads mr Tilson, just wondering why you feel the need to do it on multiple threads?Know anywhere good for a pint or two in Bolton Snakepit lass? -
Thanks Ricardo, good report as usual. However having seen the the foul for the penaltyagain it was a good two yards outside the box -
Dear Mr Tilson, if you retired 16 years ago perhaps it is time for you to move on and give up trying to police rid message board. And might I add that if you are reprimanding Mr LeJuge for not using your name you look a bit of a hypocrite for not using hisPersonally happy to hear about a local lad who served the club doing well, thanks OP -
Someone phone Roberto Carlos and tell him that his career was all just a dream, useless little short arse! -
I''m not convinced either of them would make th starting 11.Neither did last season consistently, and we have strengthened the midfield and attack considerably since then. But if I had to choose one I''d go for Pacheco. -
"EADIE!".........
that is all
Wee Paul would be my second choice......though.

Was down from Sheffield for the weekend and decided to get the shirt on the spur of the moment. Got Holt 9 on the back and the prem badges on the sleeves and I love it. Got the medium as with previous shirts and it is the best fit I''ve had. (and yes there is a proto beer gut to squeeze in) At £58 with that printing It''s a bit steep so i was gutted when red wine got spilt on it the first time i wore it, but it came out of the wash as good as new. So i would definitely recommend the purchase if you are wavering :) -
bluray please -
cheers fella. up the hoops, for tomorrow anyway :) -
