Renton scored 5 from 5 then got a broken leg. Nick Davey is technically very good and scored around 25 goals for the under 16s last year and 3 in 5 games this year, but has been out injured for the rest. Emmanuel Richardson used to be at Arsenal and has bags of pace, i dont know how many he scored for the under 16s, but he has played the last 4 or 5 academy games this season and scored 3 goals. In the defence David Cooper could be a star, very good going forward as seen in the celtic game last year, he has also been injured most the season, but has scored 3 in 10 goals from right back. In defence Danny Kelly and Sam Habergham are also worth looking out for as well as keepers Rudd (bad attitude) and Steer (good attitude). In midfield possibly Korey Smith and Josh Dawkin. All in all next seasons under 18s should be pretty good next year.  

Daley because of his pace has scored around 14 goals this season for the youth team, however, i heard he has missed lots more including many sitters, i personally remember him missing one from 1 yard in one of the games I was watching.

Interesting comment regarding Lathrope, he has been good when ive seen him but maybe he was just having a good game. Lets start on Daley, apparently Roeder saw him play in one youth game and he noticed he had pace so he gave him a contract. Well when ive seen him play he reminds me of Elvis Hammond!

I agree with your other comments beachball, but I have to totally disagree with you about Lathrope, I have seen him training with the first team and he is the best passer of the football at the club in my opinion, he also can score goals which none of midfield are capable of doing.

Can someone on here please tell me if they have ever seen Eagle do anything good. I have seen him in reserves and training. He has no pace, cant pass, cant shoot, cant cross, lightweight, cant head, cant tackle, he is useless in all areas, hence why Ipswich released him before he joined the Norwich academy.

Where did you hear about Cave-Brown? Also I think David Cooper is going to be a superb player and will be putting Otsemobor under pressure in the near future.

If I was the manager: From the pros I would have released the Jarvis bros, eagle, halliday, arnold and possibly Bexfield and offered contracts to Smart and Cave-Brown From the scholars I would have released O''Toole, Yong, Renton, Mclean, Matthews, Daley and offered contracts to Lathrope, Tom Miller and possibly Ross Kelly.

also in reply to yellowmad original question. Ive seen the youth team around five times this season including a couple of ressie games. The players to watch out are Jed Steer, David Cooper, Danny Kelly, Sam Habergham, Josh Dawkin and especially Manny Richardson and Nick Davey (who are better players than Chris Martin and Luke Daley).

I said Renton was offered a contract, but didnt know it was turned down. But as that is good news he would probably sign it. I dont know why Eagle is being offered one, he is awful, as is Daley who is the worst player ever to get a contract!

I have also heard that Bexfield, Smart and Arnold have been released. But you can also add Halliday and the Jarvis bros to that. Cave-brown, Renton and eagle have been offered contracts.
