Thanks Ralph, some valid points made.Living near to binland the locals have gone very very quiet as they are slowly realising that the glorious take over by the invisible man is not as glorious as they had hoped.However we can hardly gloat with our net total debt rising to £18.8 million from £ 17.7 million and an annual loss of £2.3 million to boot. No wonder that our transfer budget is all spent.The next few months could be pivotal in our history. No substantial investment from a new investor/s and we are very understandably looking at reducing the players wage bill and that can only mean slowly but surely ending up in league one. If the wage bill is not reduced then administration will be mighty close as season 2009/2010 begins.

I remember seeing GR play for Orient in an FA Cup match against us at their patch way back in the 70s and was instantly impressed with his classy defending in an Alan Hanson sort of way. I''m sure that he will encourage the tean to play the beautiful game in the right way.
