Really sorry to hear that Graham, not what we expect between city fans.

I was in block R and there was a bit a "t''do" between a couple of idiots behind me. lots of bravado and little else but a few words along the lines of "you''re missing the game you idiots" seem to embarrass them both as everyone else started laughing at them and they soon stopped it. Cue the embarrassing silence for the next 45 mins. Too much sherry me thinks. It killed the atmos in our block. boooo.

I have to say half time wasn''t the friendliest experience I''ve had away at Palace and even though it was crammed, it always is at that s-hole. Something in the air?

I''d like to state a fact that when he was at Charlton AFC young D.Bent had the WORST ratio of goals to shots of any player the had scored more than 5 goals in the Prem. Ok has has banged them in but he has carried this with him to most of the clubs he has played for...

...then look how much Grant Holt brings to the team and brings other players into the game.

Ok Bent is still a proven striker but less face it cost 48 times as much.

Get off Grant Holts back, as a few have said on here he has tunr a few away draws into wins for us and can be allowed the odd miss. Drogba & Torres miss when they should score as well you know.

I was envious of the 38k fans but then I quickly remembered they were getting less than 20k at some games last season...fickle fair weather northern baskets. A city that size with a club of that history SHOULD be getting those numbers every week.
